What This Program Delivers

  • Minimum 8-weekly facilitated mindfulness sessions - 45 to 60 minutes, virtual or onsite. 
     

  • Workplace-specific practices, including breath regulation, focused attention, mindful movement, and micro practices designed for busy professionals. 
     

  • A structured program grounded in evidence-based mindfulness. 
     

  • Practical tools your team can use immediately, no prior experience required. 
     

  • A structured wellbeing check-in at Week 1 and Week 8 to track progress across key indicators — giving leadership tangible, data-backed evidence of impact

Who This Program is Designed For

  • This program is ideal for leadership teams, people managers, HR and People teams, and cross-functional groups navigating high demands, organizational change, or sustained pressure. It is equally effective for remote, hybrid, and in-person teams. 
     

  • Group size: 4 - 20 participants 
     

  • Format: Virtual or Onsite
     

  • Commitment: 60 min/week, minimum 8 weeks

Delivery Options

 Available Onsite or Virtually

  • Option 1: Core

    • 8 weekly sessions, virtual or onsite, groups of 4 to 20 participants​. Includes a baseline and closing well-being check-in to measure impact. 
       

  • Option 2: Extended

    • 10-12 weekly sessions with additional expert topics, including the neuroscience of mindfulness and trauma-sensitive practices. Ideal for organizations making a deeper cultural commitment to wellbeing. ​
       

  • Option 3: Leadership Mindfulness Intensive

    • A condensed 1/2 day or full-day experience for senior leadership teams. Includes foundational practices, workplace application exercises, and a group reflection session. ​

About Our Facilitators

CS Wellness Group programs are faciliated by Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitators (CWMF) - credential through Mindful Leader, an IACET-acredited training provider whose alumni work across Fortune 500 companies, healthcare insitutions, and federal agencies. 

For virtual and local onsite programs in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area, sessions are facilitated directly by Claudia Safarz, corporate veteran, Yoga Alliance RYT-500, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and author of Chemo911, who brings 20+ years of leadership experience into every session. 

For program ouside our local area, CS Wellness Group partners with vetted, certified facilitators to ensure consistent quality and a seamless experience for your team - wherever you are.
