CS Wellness Group programs are faciliated by Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitators (CWMF) - credential through Mindful Leader, an IACET-acredited training provider whose alumni work across Fortune 500 companies, healthcare insitutions, and federal agencies.
For virtual and local onsite programs in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area, sessions are facilitated directly by Claudia Safarz, corporate veteran, Yoga Alliance RYT-500, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and author of Chemo911, who brings 20+ years of leadership experience into every session.
