3. Not Medical or Psychological Treatment
All services provided by CS Wellness Group, LLC are wellness and consulting services only. They are not medical treatment, psychological therapy, or clinical intervention. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you have medical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including but not limited to the BurnoutRCA framework, assessment methodology, reports, action plans, written content, and program materials are the exclusive intellectual property of CS Wellness Group, LLC. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality
CS Wellness Group, LLC treats all client information as strictly confidential. Individual assessment responses are never shared with employers or third parties. Only aggregated, anonymized data is reported to organizational clients.

6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement provided prior to engagement. CS Wellness Group, LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate services if payment terms are not met.

7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days in advance of a scheduled session or consultation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
CS Wellness Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Individual Results
Results from our services vary by individual and organization. CS Wellness Group, LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from assessments, mindfulness programs, or sound bath experiences.
