Refund and Cancellation Policy

CS Wellness Group, LLC
Effective Date: March 2026

1. Overview
CS Wellness Group, LLC is committed to delivering high-quality wellness consulting services. Because we dedicate significant preparation time to every engagement, we have established the following cancellation, refund, and payment policy to protect both our clients and our business.

2. Payment Terms
All CS Wellness Group, LLC services are invoiced professionally through our billing system. Payment is accepted via:

  • Bank transfer (ACH)

  • Credit card

  • Business check made payable to CS Wellness Group, LLC

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure all engagements. The deposit invoice will be sent upon booking confirmation and must be paid within 5 business days to hold your engagement date. The remaining balance is invoiced upon completion of services and is due within 15 business days of invoice date.
 

3. Cancellation Timeline

  • 7 or more days before engagement: Full refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit

  • Less than 7 days before engagement50% of the total engagement fee charged — deposit forfeited

  • Less than 24 hours before engagement: No refund — full engagement fee charged — deposit forfeited
     

4. Rescheduling

  • 7 or more days before engagement. Rescheduled at no charge

  • Less than 7 days before engagement$75 rescheduling fee applies — invoiced before new date confirmed

  • Less than 24 hours before engagementTreated as cancellation — no refund policy applies
     

5. What Counts as an Engagement
This policy applies to all CS Wellness Group, LLC services, including:

  • Burnout Risk Assessment & Action Plan consultations and debrief sessions

  • Mindfulness at Work facilitation sessions

  • Sound Bath & Nervous System Reset experiences

  • Any confirmed and scheduled paid engagement
     

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your CS Wellness Group email]. Requests are not confirmed until you receive written acknowledgment from CS Wellness Group, LLC. Timing is calculated from the date and time the written request is received.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
CS Wellness Group, LLC understands that genuine emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergency or unavoidable circumstances, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

8. Cancellations by CS Wellness Group, LLC
In the rare event that CS Wellness Group, LLC must cancel a scheduled engagement, you will receive:

  • A full refund of all amounts paid including the deposit, OR

  • The option to reschedule at no additional charge with your deposit applied to the new date
     

9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation via the original payment method — bank transfer, ACH, or credit card as applicable.

10. Late Payments
Invoices not paid within the agreed payment terms may result in a pause of services until the outstanding balance is settled. CS Wellness Group, LLC reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.
