About the event
Take a deep breath and give your nervous system a summer break. Join Claudia at Sky Pond in Apex for an evening reset with pranayama, yoga nidra, and a sound bath designed to help you unwind, settle in, and immerse into a calmer headspace. We will start by working with the breath to clear out some mental clutter, then ease into guided nidra for deep rest, and close with immersive sound to carry you into that dreamy, post-practice glow.
It is a beautiful way to slow down in the middle of a full season, whether you are feeling overstimulated, tired, or simply ready for a softer pace. Expect a grounded, welcoming atmosphere in a nature setting close to the city and an experience that feels equal parts soothing and transportive. Come as you are, get comfortable, and let the evening do its thing.
